Social Services Center: Benefits Eligibility Interviews

Determine the best method to start screening for benefits eligibility, online or in person. You do not need to be related to the family members that need assistance to start the screening process. You feel comfortable using the computer and have Internet access. You have proof documentation available. You don't have time to visit a community-based service center. You want to quickly see which programs you or someone you are assisting qualify for. You want to save forms for 60 days and fill out more information later.	You need forms and explanation in a language other than English. You do not have common proof documents. You do not have access to a computer, printer, or are not comfortable with online forms. You need guidance on the variety of programs including health, nutrition, welfare, and job training. You need an efficient way to apply to as many programs as are available after eligibility. You want to know what to expect after application submissions, the time an approval takes, other preparations for interviews, or further information.
